Protocol for Reopening
Appointments may now be booked anytime after June 15. To help the practice of social distancing, our operators will be working staggered shifts for the time being. Therefore, we ask for your patience and support during this time.
- Upon arrival text or phone your operator directly
- You will be asked your health conditions, for example;
- do you have flu like symptoms, coughing, sneezing, temperature
- Have you been exposed to anyone who has been exposed to the COVD19 virus in the last 14 days?
- Only the client having the service is permitted to enter the salon during this time
- Caregivers can assist seating the client and will need to wait outside. They will be texted when the client is ready to leave
- Your operator will meet you at the door
- You’ll need to be wearing a mask & gloves
- Your temperature will be checked
- You will be asked to sign a waiver
- Your operator will seat you
- Once your tint is applied you may be asked to sit outside or in your car, to limit the number of people in the salon
- Your operators will have their temperature checked each morning
- All areas of the salon will be disinfected after each client
- All operators will be wearing mask & gloves
- New operating procedures
- Check with your operator for their new schedule
- Receptionists will be working limited hours.
- Operators will book you next appointment. If that does not take place, please call the salon and book with the receptionist, or leave a message. Appointments will not be made in person with the receptionist in the salon.
- Booking appointments online at dallevas.com, click on “schedule an appointment”, you will be able to choose your operator and service. Contact your operator if your service is not available.
- Please call the salon and leave a message, you’ll be called back within 48 hrs.
- Payments
- Your operator will contact you the night before your appointment regarding amount of service
- Exact cash (no change will be available) or check only will be accepted, made out to D’Alleva’s Salon. Please place in an envelope with you your name, amount & date written on the outside of the envelope.
- If any retail products are needed, please alert your operator prior to your appointment, so that they may prepare your order and give you a total.
- Your operator will contact you the night before your appointment regarding amount of service
- You will be asked your health conditions, for example;
- All tips are given directly to operator and not put inside the envelope
- There will be no charge cards accepted
- All new clients must pay in cash, no checks
- Any unique situations will be managed comfortably with your operator. Contact them directly or leave a message for the salon at 248-539-1234. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
